Going from Civilian to Adventurer

Don't lose your progress...

Originally, civilian players got reset back to level 4 if they decided to become an adventurer down the road. But no longer! Civilians can now TRAIN into being an Adventurer. Follow the guide below to begin the process. The goal with this option is to take away the pains of starting over as an adventurer and also allow for roleplay character growth.

How does this work?

When you join the server you are by default considered a civilian. If before you reach level 5 you submit an adventurer application you would be considered an adventurer and not required to do any of this training. But if you decided to stay a civilian for months and eventually reached higher levels as a civilian. You would then be required to do this training to be able to transition into an Adventurer.

Civilian Characters who take this route will need to determine what their class will be, submit an adventurer application, and then find a teacher who will train them into an adventurer based on their class pick and is higher level than the civilians adventuring trainee level.

Once you reach the same level as your civilian level you no longer need training and can progress the same as all other adventurers. Also if you level up before you reach the same level as your civilian level you will add that level as an additional civilian level to train.

ex: Character A is Level 8 Civilian | Level 5 Adventurer Trainee -> Character A gains a level -> now Character A is a Level 9 Civilian | Level 5 Adventurer Trainee.

Training Requirements

Training

Training from Civilian to Adventurer requires the character to have a teacher who is higher level than the Adventurer Trainees level and the same class type.

ex: A level 10 Civilian once the application is submitted and approved is considered a Level 4 adventurer but remains a level 10 civilian until they complete 11 hours of roleplay training. Their teacher must remain higher level than their adventurer level during the time of training and must be the same class type as well. Each Training Session must be at minimum 1 hour. Each tier stage will require a different number of hours before you can "level up" Tier 1 requires 1 hour of roleplay while tier 3 requires 3 hours of roleplay training per level.

Submit Roleplay

You can prove a roleplay session has occurred by screenshotting the roleplay at certain intervals. Over 1 hour of training. Then submit these screenshots to a forum/thread provided by the server with: Teacher Username, Character Name, & Class, Student Username, Character Name & Class, Link to the Screenshots or Chat logs, and what was taught/learned.

Either the student or the teacher can submit this evidence of completion. When approved you will see a check mark on your post.
